Spec build — self-initiated, no client engagement

A 9-driver IEM, opened up to show what the price tag is paying for.

Cutaways and exploded views of a 3-way, 9-driver hybrid configuration — the internal engineering a product photo can't show, and a real teardown would destroy the unit to capture.

What it's solving

A premium IEM's value is mostly internal — driver count, magnetic circuit design, crossover routing. None of that is visible in a standard product shot, and a real teardown would void the unit.

This build shows the alternative: a cutaway model that reveals the dual magnetic circuit Tesla dynamic driver and the full 9-driver array, labelled and lit like an engineering explainer — while the exterior shell still renders as a normal hero shot for everyday marketing use.

Shows what justifies the price. Driver count and build complexity, visualized instead of just claimed in a spec sheet.

+

No unit sacrificed. A real cutaway teardown destroys the sample; this doesn't touch it.

One build, two uses. The same model renders the technical explainer and the everyday marketing hero shot.
