Common questions
What do you need from us, and how long does it take?

A CAD model if you have one, or product photos from a few angles plus the core specs (dimensions, finishes, materials). No unit has to ship anywhere. From there it's about 2 weeks: reference and specs first, then the build, the renders, and your revision rounds.

Isn't this just AI-generated?

Parts of my pipeline are AI-assisted, which is what keeps delivery around 2 weeks instead of the 4–6 of a traditional CGI studio. But the product itself is built by hand to your exact specs, so it's the same object in every frame. Image generators can't promise that.

Why haven't you worked with a major brand yet?

The Cayin and Genesis pieces are self-initiated, built to prove the pipeline before asking a brand to risk their launch on it. That's why The Test Run exists: a $350, low-commitment way to see the quality on your own product first.

How do revisions work?

Each tier includes 1–3 revision rounds. We align on reference and specs before any final render, so surprises are rare. Changes beyond your included rounds are scoped and quoted separately.

Who owns the renders, and where can we use them?

You do. Final deliverables are yours to use commercially: ads, retail listings, packaging, social and your own site. The Full Launch and Multi-Market tiers also include the source asset library. I keep only the right to show the work in my portfolio, unless we agree otherwise up front.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. If your product isn't public yet, I'm happy to sign an NDA before you share files or specs.

How do payments work?

Invoiced in USD via bank transfer: a deposit to begin (typically 50%), balance on delivery. The Test Run is $175 to start and $175 on delivery. Established companies can request Net 30 terms.
